Product Description

The peaberry is a small oval closed bean, as opposed to the typical flat two sided coffee bean. Don’t be fooled by the size, because in the case of the peaberry, smaller is better. These beans are screened from the larger beans that grow on the same plants. This bean will produce a robust cup of coffee, with mild acidity. Great growing conditions, which include high altitude and volcanic soils, combined with sun dried beans create a bean with outstanding flavor. There is a high demand and low supply for this bean. This will be a seasonal coffee.
